Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions may also be made in the event of an adverse reaction or a verified product defect. If you would like to initiate a return, please email info@olgalorencinskincare.com before sending your order back. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product cost only.
